What this means for our customers is that we have a tremendous resource to call upon, not just from our own knowledge and experience, but also from a whole range of contacts amongst the length & breadth of the industry. Current Aims

As a relatively new business, we are very aware that customers have a choice of who they trust to repair their mobile phone or buy such products from. These days the choice isn't just about who's the cheapest or quickest, it's all about the total customer experience. It's not much use getting something repaired quickly and cheaply if you are only going to have to get it done again sometime soon, so when you choose us we will make sure we do everything possible to give you the best possible overall service. We are also working closely with other manufacturers and service centres to improve our range of services and looking at other areas for additional service centres.

Some repair services use copy, non original parts which might look reasonable on the surface but they are usually poorly made and you will soon find that they don’t really fit properly or stay looking good for as long as original parts do. We often get asked to re-repair phones made a mess of elsewhere.
