Do I need my original receipt or other proof of purchase to obtain a warranty repair for my Nokia or Samsung phone ?

Generally the short answer is No, as the warranty status is checked from the serial number of the phone against the warranty database. As Nokia & Samsung phones come with a 24 month warranty, chances are everything will be fine. In the event that there is a problem with this, then your original receipt might be needed if the database shows that the warranty has expired but your purchase, from new was within the last 2 years.

Accessories, such as batteries, chargers, etc. have a shorter warranty period (eg. six months) so we will always need to see your original purchase receipt for an accessory warranty claim.

Also, please remember that the warranty service we provide for Nokia and Samsung relates only to phones destined for the European market, so in the event that you have a device purchased from other regions, such as USA, Asia, etc. then unfortunately we are unable to repair it under warranty.

If we are unable to repair it, in most cases it will cost you nothing at all.
